Hope you are doing great with your Business.This is to inform you that we are cleaning/terminating the suspended accounts on our servers to Free up the Server Resource So if you would like to take any Backups of the accounts suspended under your WHM You can proceed with Taking the backups by Login to WHM > List accounts > Navigate to the suspended account > Click on cP Icon > Backup Wizard
We have planned to clean those accounts from the server in next few days So please take any backups if needed.
Once terminated we are unable to recover the files.You can also unsuspend the account from your WHM if its not locked by root !
